01What we sell

Ready-made digital products: HVAC graphics library packs and site themes for EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO) and Niagara 4, delivered as downloadable files.

Custom services: 3D floor plans, equipment graphics and complete BAS graphics packages made from the drawings you send.

02Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars and listed in the shop. Library packs, themes and standard floor plans are paid online by card through Stripe. Custom projects can be paid by card or by PayPal invoice after you approve a watermarked preview.

We never see or store your card details; payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal under their own terms.

03Delivery

Digital products are delivered as a download after payment. If a download does not arrive, email us and we will send the files directly.

Custom work is delivered by email or download link. Turnaround times on the site (for example about 3 business days for a standard floor plan) are estimates and start once we have the drawings we need.

04Free first floor plan

The free floor plan offer is for businesses working on building automation projects. It includes one floor, one revision and a small watermark, and the result may be used on your job. We may decline requests that fall outside the offer.

05Revisions

Each floor plan or custom graphic includes one revision. Further changes, or changes to the scope after work has started, may be quoted separately.

06Refunds and support

All sales are final once the files are downloaded. If something does not work in your EBO or Niagara station, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will help you fix it by email or a video call. If we cannot solve the problem, we refund your purchase in full.

07Your drawings

You confirm you have the right to share the drawings and data you send us. We use them only for your project, keep them private and delete them when you ask.

08Use of the files

Library packs and themes are licensed, not sold, under the License. Rights to custom work are described in the License as well.

09Compatibility

Product pages state the platform versions the files are tested on. We do not guarantee compatibility with other versions, other front ends or customized stations, and you are responsible for backing up your station before importing files.

10Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, downtime or project delays. The graphics are visual tools and do not replace the control logic, alarms or safety systems of the building.

11Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. We may update them; the version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
