01Who is covered

A library pack or site theme is licensed to the company that buys it (the "Licensee"), including all of its employees and its branches. There is no per-user or per-seat fee and no subscription. Contractors working for the Licensee may use the files only on the Licensee’s projects.

02What you may do

Use the files on unlimited projects and sites for your own customers, for as long as you like.

Edit, recolor, resize and combine the files, and build them into the graphics you deliver.

Leave the files installed in the building automation systems you hand over. The building owner and its operators may keep using them in that installation.

03What you may not do

Resell, share, give away or publish the files, or any part of them, as files or as a library, template or theme, including to other companies, on marketplaces or in public repositories.

Include the files in a product that competes with 3D-CUSTOM, such as another graphics library, theme or graphics tool.

Transfer the license to another company, except as part of selling your business.

04Custom work

For floor plans, equipment graphics and packages made for your project, you receive the rights to use the final files anywhere you wish, on that project and for your customer, once payment is complete. We may show the work in our portfolio without the client name or other identifying details unless you ask us not to.

05Ownership

3D-CUSTOM keeps the copyright in the library packs, themes, 3D models and source files. Your license ends if you break these terms, and you must then delete the files.
