01What we collect

What you type into our forms: your name, email, phone, company, country, message and any drawings you attach.

Order details from Stripe or PayPal: your name, email, billing country and what you bought. We never receive your full card number.

Basic technical data that our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records when you visit, such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to keep the site running.

02How we use it

To answer your questions, deliver your order, send receipts and support you after a purchase. We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.

03Services that handle your data

Cloudflare (hosting), FormSubmit (delivers form messages and attachments to our email), Stripe and PayPal (payments), Google Fonts (loads the site’s fonts) and our email provider. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

04Cookies

The site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Payment pages from Stripe or PayPal may set cookies needed for payment and fraud prevention.

05How long we keep it

Messages and drawings are kept for as long as needed for your project and support, then deleted on request. Order records are kept as long as tax law requires.

06Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.

07Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
